Private Investigation Services
Standard Fee Structure
The fee for standard services is $100 per hour plus $0.60 per mile and actual
costs and expenses for the lead investigator and $75 per hour plus $0.60 per mile
and actual costs and expenses for each additional investigator. Actual costs and
expenses include tolls, parking, copy fees, video tapes, film, processing,
international telephone and fax tolls and where applicable, reasonable travel,
lodging and meal expenses.

Background Investigations & Applicant Security Screening
Background Investigations and Applicant Security Screening Assignments are billed
as follows:
- $50 per county searched.
- $40 per telephone interview
- $100 per in person interview
- $25 per college transcript
- $40 per employer for employment verification.
- $100 per candidate interview.
- $125 per Internet profile.
- Drug tests, psychological evaluations and related services billed at cost.
Process Service
Standard Service
Includes up to three attempts. The first attempt made within four days of the date
the documents come to hand. Clients will be notified after every attempt by email.
Rush Service
Includes up to three attempts. The first attempt will be made within 24 hours
(Excluding Sundays and Holidays) of receiving documents. Client will be notified
within one hour of each attempt.
Service that requires a Pentecost Investigation employee to travel outside the
State of Texas is billed at $600 per day plus reasonable travel and lodging
expenses.
Any documents not served after the third attempt will be returned unexecuted. An
affidavit of due diligence will be provided at the clients request. If the client
requires additional attempts, each additional attempt will be billed at 50% of the
original fee.
